Elmer's H2O was founded by Wayne and Lori on October 8, 2012, exactly one year after the passing of their father and mentor Elmer Dehr.
Wayne and Lori both worked for their father at his company that he founded from the ground up, with no employees, no clients and no contracts. Elmer worked hard to build a very successful business and always believed in the customer comes first. This philosphy is what allowed Elmer to succeed in a very competitive industry and is still utilized by Elmer's H2O to this day. After years of working along side their father, Wayne and Lori were instilled with the necessary skills and business acumen that would allow them to successfully operate their own business today.
Fast forward to present day and Elmer's H2O is considered one of the industry leaders in liquid transportation. In addition Lori is the head of Health and Safety.
In an industry that is competitive and ever changing, Elmer's H2O has managed to focus on their clients needs all while maintaining the ability to grow and foster new business relationships. Elmer's H2O prides themselves on three company wide ideals that we employ everyday.
2020 is upon us and is a sign of exciting new beginnings.
Wayne Dehr | Founder
Wayne grew up working along side his father Elmer as young boy driving the rural fields and roads together. He instilled a certain level of dedication, discipline and work ethic in Wayne and all his children that has allowed for the continued success they enjoy to this day. Wayne oversees the day to day operations of Elmer's H2O and finds it very rewarding to work in such a great environment with excellent team members and clients.
Lori Militz | Manager/HSE
Lori always had a passion and a fascination with the industry her father Elmer was involved in. She acquired her Class 1 License in 1993 and hasn't looked back since. In 2002 her involvement in the transportation of liquids began. She thoroughly enjoys working alongside family and relishes the opportunity to help train new employees as well as implementing a company wide Safety Program. Safety and reliability are two important aspects of this industry and she works to uphold those values.
